Echo Room is a music, art and design project founded by a group of Sydney friends in 2017. The work, comprising album cover artwork, printmaking, and a limited-edition artist book, was selected to be part of the Australian Design Centre’s “Designing Bright Futures” exhibition in 2018. Using song titles and fragments of lyrics as conceptual triggers, the work explores the recurrent narratives that haunt contemporary underground music.
